This hotel is a real gem with excellent staff who speak perfect English and genuinely care about making your stay pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable with lovely views of the skyline. The location is unbeatable, with just a short walk to the city center and great restaurants in the neighborhood. Breakfast is included, offering a good selection to start your day.

The noise from the street cars can be loud when the windows are open.

The hotel was located very good for us, short way from a bus stop. The location was near to eschenheimer tower which we wanted to visit...

The stuff was very helpful and polite, the U-Bahn station was only two minutes on foot away from the hotel. Enough space for my one-bed room.

There wasn't any air-condition in the one-bed room I used to stay- necessary in summer time..., A lot of noise due to the trains. Wireless internet connection little bit slow at specific hours.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Zeilgalerie and is just 9 miles away from the airport.

the hotel is too close to the tram station, very very noise, even we closed the window at night.

The location. Very close to the tram station, only one station to the city shopping center. There are small restaurants, backeries nearby and also supermarkets (one station further) - not difficult to find a place to eat. A good alternative place to stay for you who have early appointment in US consulate (if you cannot find a hotel near to US consulate, this is a good alternative - the tram from the station in front of the hotel will bring you directly there, ca. 15 minutes). The room itself is simple, nothing fancy but it's very clean.

Very minimum supplies for bathroom (one very small soap and sachet of shampoo, no hair dryer). Although I booked for non-smoking room, I still can smell a bit the smoke, especially in the bathroom. There were not so many varieties for the breakfast. And the room is small (but cannot expect more than that :) )

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable for what you get. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location of this hotel is also great, situated in a very good neighborhood with easy access to downtown. Finally, I was lucky enough to have a room with a lovely view over the skyline, which was a wonderful bonus!

All was ok, but there is a small room for improvement.

Great location in center of Frankfurt with an U-bahn stop 20 meters away. Very basic but good value for the money especially if you have a big family. I stayed in the family suite on the top floor and it was very quiet, clean and spacious. The most striking thing was the friendliness of the staff which really makes you feel welcome. English level good for non-Gernam speakers.

Good location close to the center of the city, quiet place, clean room, politeness and courtesy of the stuff.

The breakfast was decent and minimal. The personnel were quite helpful, especially when it came to providing info about nearby spots for dining and drinking. the hotel was neatly maintained, which made it a nice place to stay during my Christmas break.

There was no proper ventilation or air conditioning, and the room's temperature was uncomfortably high. Consequently, I had to open the windows, which let in a lot of street noise.

Closeto subway line and great price.
